BMS-Method

The Body Mind Soul Method was created by Danijela Andric Casson, holistic practitioner, founder of BMS Retreats and author of the Blood Type Cookbook. Her approach combines elements of kinesiology, energy work, psychology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, sound healing, yoga, meditation, breathwork and personalized nutrition.

The focus is simple:
to support the body’s natural ability to heal, release emotional blockages and restore harmony on all levels — physically, mentally and emotionally. At BMS Retreats, transformation does not happen through pressure. It happens through awareness, safety, nourishment and reconnection.
